Teaser Tuesday for 23 June

teaser-tuesday It’s that time of week again for Should Be Reading’s fun post Teaser Tuesdays.

So how does this work:
• Grab your current book
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Again this week my teaser this is from Fyodor Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment (Sorry, I just finished The Madonnas of Leningrad last night or I would have chose that one for you all).

They both fell silent. Razumikhin was more than delighted, and Raskolnikov realized this with loathing.” (pg. 246)

QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What’s your teaser for this Tuesday? Add to the comments and let me know what you think of that book so far, because I’m looking for some new books to sample!

Well I’m reading three books right now but this is the one that I’ll be done with first. I’m liking it. The books are totally different from the show but that’s not a bad thing since I’m able to enjoy them both. I seem to be stuck in this theme since I’ve been reading James Patterson lately.

  2. This is such fun writing. I’m really excited about reading this!
